Orders
Browse our collections, select your desired item, choose the appropriate size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via the preferred method in the contact section. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping
deCamie offers international shipping to selected countries. Available destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Payment
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available during checkout. For customers within Azerbaijan, we may also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payment via POS terminal upon delivery, where available.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption and security technologies to protect your personal and payment information.
For online payments, your payment method will be charged when your order is placed and confirmed. For Cash on Delivery or POS-on-delivery orders, payment is collected when your order is delivered to your specified address.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
No. To qualify for a return, all original tags, labels, authenticity cards, security seals, and packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Any product returned without its original tags, security seals, or authenticity documentation shall be considered non-returnable.
Please contact us using any of the communication methods provided in our Contact Us section and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Yes. deCamie works directly with brands, authorized distributors, and trusted partners to ensure product authenticity.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide either a refund or an alternative solution.
Availability varies by brand and product. If your preferred size is unavailable, please contact us and we will be happy to check whether a restock is expected.

No. Guest checkout may be available. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences more easily.
