Return Policy

At Miroir, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order—as long as the Miroir tag remains attached.

Return Conditions:
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • The Miroir tag must not be removed—returns without the tag will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return:
  • Email our support team at support@miroir.az with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
  • Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
